Anthony Lino Makana is a South Sudanese politician. He is the current Minister of Transport and Roads in the Cabinet of South Sudan. He was appointed to that position on 10 July 2011.

As a singer, he made his debut in July 2004. His first album titled Jal Pari was released and was successful on the song Aadat. It was played in different musical websites in Pakistan.
