Anne Heche’s family is in struggle over the execution of her estate after the performer kicked the pail without a will. In one more genuine reporting got by ET, James Tupper – – Anne’s ex and the father of her 13-year-old kid, Outline book Heche Tupper – – objects to a requesting from Anne’s most seasoned youngster, 20-year-old Homer Heche Laffoon – – whom Anne conferred to her ex Coley Laffoon – – to be set liable for her space.
James asks the court rather to assign a fair outcast secret master watchman, then again, himself as specialist of her space.
In the new docs, archived Thursday in Los Angeles, James ensures that Anne made her assumptions clear in a singular email on Jan. 25, 2011, with the title “WILL,” saying that: “if I pass on tomorrow and anyone asks. My longings are that all of my assets go to the control of Mr. James Tupper to be used to raise my children and a short time later given to the youths. They will be separated much the same way among our youths, at this point Homer Heche Laffoon and Outline book Heche Tupper, and their piece given to each when they are the age of 25.”
Anne and James dated for north of 10 years before they split in 2018. They met in 2006 when they co-highlighted in Men in Trees.

Homer initially archived his different court docs in Los Angeles on Aug. 31, mentioning to be made the administrator of his late mother’s space.
The docs recorded Anne’s yearly gross compensation, individual property and worth of property as dark, and note that the late performer didn’t have a will.
Despite control of the space, Homer referenced to be made guardian advancement litem over Guide book. Since Guide book is a minor, Homer asked that the court concede the bond.
James announces “the director work requires someone with more experience and intricacy, as the home assets require the leaders and grouping by someone with the important ability in his response, that.
