Andrew Senderjo Wife, Girlfriend, Biography, Height, Weight

Andrew Senderjo was unsuccessful in the NFL draft in 2010, working his way up to pro in American football. Although he was quite disappointed that he didn’t make the cut, Parker didn’t let it sap his career and decided to start out in minor leagues. With that intention, he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the United Football League (UFL), where he played as a safety guard. In time, he joined the National Football League (NFL) after signing a contract with the Minnesota Vikings as a starter.

Andrew Senderjo’s biography

The Latino Champion was born on September 9, 1987 in Bulverde, Texas to Brenda and Gary Senderjo. He is one of two siblings, he has a sister named Canyon Lake. He is of Mexican descent and holds an American citizenship.

Andrew Senderjo graduated from Smithson Valley High School in 2016, where he enjoyed a distinguished high school career with the football team. He was twice selected for coach Larry Hill in the All-San Antonio region and also received two All-State honors and a 26-5A All-District honors. His senior year record shows him having 75 tackles, 4 interceptions, 8 pass deflections, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in a game; A record he used to help his team qualify for the Class 5A semi-finals. He was later awarded Comal County Defensive Player of the Year.

He later continued his studies at Rice University, where he contributed immensely to the advancement of rice owls. Prior to his engagement at the University of Rice, he was one of the few student-athletes to receive multiple scholarship offers at the time.

Unlike some other football players who drop out, Andrew Senderjo has a degree in sports management from Rice. Focused on his training, he recorded impressive tackles, yards, interception, touchdowns and fumbles with the Rice Owls.

It came as quite a surprise when he wasn’t drafted in 2010 as his record as a student athlete spoke volumes about his abilities. After disappointing his hopes, he signed with the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the United Football League (UFL). Despite playing in a minor league, he did his best as he was pretty sure there was a way to make his way into the big leagues as a footballer.

He played in eight games for safety with the Lions and finished the 2010 UFL season with 48 combined tackles & pass breakups in addition to 2 interceptions. In a short time, his excellence spread to other teams. Dallas Cowboys (NFL) saw his potential and signed him to a two-year contract, but initially he was placed in the practice squad. A few days later, he began his exploits with the team as he became active in the roster.

The New York Jets offered him a contract, which was later damaged due to the team’s cleverness. They intended to sign him for additional knowledge of his former team’s defense mechanism. The controversy then had to be investigated by the authorities concerned, but that didn’t keep Andrew Senderjo off the pitch. He did his best until he was released from the team.

On November 29, 2011, the Minnesota Vikings signed the footballer to a two-year deal, after his contract expired, he renewed his contract in 2013 and 2016. Certainly, Andrew has proven his relevance to the team and has stuck with his stellar performances in touch with you.
