Raised in the Bronx, NY, Nevado is a second-generation American actress and singer. She rose to fame after playing a single mother, Xiomara Villanueva, to the titular character Jane (Gina Rodriguez), in the CW comedy series Jana The Virgin.
The actress is to appear in her recurring role in ABC’s romantic comedy series A Million Little Things. She will return as Valerie Sandoval in the fifth installment of the show premiering on Hulu next year’s February.

Andrea Navedo and husband Bob Sewell live together in Ontario, Canada. Bob is the CEO of Bellwether Investment Management Inc.
Sewell established Bellwether in 2009, intending to serve affluent Canadian families by building independent discretionary portfolio managers, and has established a reputation as a turnaround specialist and business builder.
Canadian native Sewell completed his BSc in Commerce and Neuroscience from the University of Toronto in 1988. He is a CFA charter holder, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and a registered Portfolio Manager with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
Since 2013, the CEO also holds a similar position at the parent company of Bellwether, Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc, a network of boutique Investment Managers and Wealth Advisors.
Before Bellwether, he led TD Bank’s discretionary investment management division as a business head. During Sewell’s time, the Private Investment Counsel grew from $8 billion to $15 billion in funds under management.
He also ventured into Wealth Management businesses, establishing the Royal Bank’s financial planning group, a Barbados Chartered Bank, and an offshore investment program.
Also a financial coach, Sewell provides insights on ETFs, market analysis, dividend investing, investment strategy, and investment solutions in his sessions.
Andrea and Robert Are Together For 25 Years
Andrea and Robert have spent twenty-five years together. They have kept their relationship details pretty private from the public eye.
In 2014, the actress revealed that she had been acting well before she met him and had been with him for seventeen years while speaking to Lawndale News.
While working on HBO’s How To Make It On America, Sewell visited her sets and the actress reminiscing the moment, tweeted the couple’s image on her handle.
The couple loves spending time together especially enjoying the first snowfall of the year. The actress shared an image of the couple looking delighted, welcoming 2017’s first snowfall.

In their twenty-five years of togetherness, the couple has brought two children into the world. They have an eighteen-year-old daughter Ava and a fifteen-year-old son Nico.
“The best thing I’m most proud of in my life is being the mother to Ava and Nico,” mentioned the actress while talking about her kids and she couldn’t be more proud of the humans her kids have turned to become.
Although the actress has kept the couple’s social media presence on the low side, she shared the couple’s image earlier in November. Andrea is all smiles with her happy place.
Embracing his wife, Sewell is enjoying himself with a glass of wine and seems to have undergone a drastic transformation in regards to his hair in contrast to his previous pictures.
