An international conspiracy unfolds in this “Traffic”-like action thriller as the worlds of three outsiders clash spontaneously – a female officer, a business prosecutor, and a progressive activist.
They are surprised to learn that one of the men they killed is Al Qaeda’s top leader, after a squad of American soldiers battling jihadists in North Africa. Sergeant Odelle Ballard, an officer, mother, wife and the only female member of the team, finds electronic files that indicate the jihadists are funded by a large U.S. company. Before she can warn someone, though, her squad is assaulted and left for dead.
