Amber Heard’s scar on her hands during the 2015 red carpet is making headlines currently.
John C. Depp, II v. Amber Laura Heard is a defamation case that commenced on April 11, 2022, in Fairfax County, Virginia. The two parties are celebrities Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, who were married from 2015 to 2017 after dating since 2012.
Amber Heard Scars On Red Carpet Explained
Amber Heard was seen with scars on her hands in the year 2015 while she was on a red carpet. However, things are unveiled now as the actress puts blame on her ex-husband Johny Depp in the ongoing trial.
Her scarred arm was photographed at a 2015 red carpet event, which she said was inflicted by a violent altercation involving Johnny Depp and a vodka bottle.
On April 15, 2015, jurors were shown a photo shot during the New York City premiere of the indie film When I live my life over again.
Ms. Heard stated that the assault occurred shortly after an incident in early March in Australia in which “Johnny held me down on the countertops and my arms were sliced on the glass in that attack.”
The court was shown another shot from a second red carpet occasion, which revealed many scars on Ms. Heard’s left arm as she brushed her hair away from her face.
Did Johnny Depp Attack Amber Heard?
It has not been proven if Johnny Depp actually attacked but it is according to his ex-wife Amber Heard that he domestically abused her.
In 2015, a series of images of Heard from red carpet events were released, in which she claimed her injuries from purported fights with Depp were plainly visible.
The first premiere was for “When I Live My Life Over Again,” which aired on April 15, 2015, shortly after an alleged altercation with Depp in March, in which she claims he held her down on the counters and cut her arms on the glass. “Scars that I received while Johnny was strangling and abusing me on the countertop in Australia,” she stated of the photographs exhibited. She stated that the cuts were quite new at the time.
This was not the first time she was assaulted as per what Amber presented in the court. According to a police officer, Amber Heard was not beaten by Johnny Depp. Amber’s facial marks, according to LAPD officer Melissa Saenz, were caused by her incessant sobbing rather than being struck by a cell phone.
Officer Saenz arrived at Amber’s house while she was still married to Depp, according to a tip from a friend of the actress.
