Alt TikTok Meaning Explained: What Does Straight TikTok Meaning?

Alt TikTok is supposedly a version of TikTok that’s bit bolder and outrageous and obscure than regular TikToks of dances and challenges. Alt TikTokers proclaim themselves as a bit underground and less popular but unabashedly themselves and different than regular TikTokers who are referred to as straight TIktokers.

Alt TikTok Explained: Everything You Need To Know

As the name suggests, Alt means alternative and Alt TikTok refers to the side of TikTok which is TikTok but not really TikTok. This might be a response to people calling TikTok a very cringy platform and full of copycats where challenges and trends dominate creativity and individuality.

In any art form, there are going to be people who reject the trends and try to do something outrageous such as Picasso in painting and Bunuel in cinema. Although it would be too soon to compare any TikTokers to Picasso, I am referring to the spirit of so-called alt TikTokers- not their status.

There is a group of TikTokers who have their own frames of references for things and almost rebellious tenacity against TikTok as we know it now.

Free Adam Challenge can be considered as Alt TikTok content. It’s just as random but it’s the kind of pointless humor and people are doing it for the sake of doing it. people who can see how pointless and how much people seem to try and understand this seemingly stupid thing is what makes it funny.

In short, you can consider Alt TikTok as Eric Andre of TikTok.

What is Straight Tiktok?

Straight TikTok is a popular TikTok, it’s the TikTok that really sells and is considered mainstream TikTok. I would like to clarify that nowhere in this argument is the sexuality part of the discussion. There is not a gay TikTok and straight TikTok.

Some of the people over Twitter have mentioned that straight TikTok is the Tikok with dance challenges and random body movement to any piece of a song that one can find. It’s a Lele Pons type humor and has a spirit of sailing on the trends rather than going against the current which Alt TikTok proclaims to be.

Transition videos and challenges and filters which were really cool back when they were just introduced are now being repetitive and there is a growing amount of people who don’t like those videos and want something different.

Alt TikTok VS Straight Tikok: What It Means?

There is a war of words going on between these two parts of TikTok. There are creators who support Alt TikTok and are giving Straight Tikok hard times on the grounds that they are too mainstream and are being a pastiche of themselves and it’s boring and repetitive now.

However, there is a Straight TikTok saying that these people who call themselves “Alt TikTok” are just jealous of successful creators and they go around claiming that they are artistically superior to make themselves feel better.

There are stupid arguments from both sides and valid points from both sides as well. People are discussing it over Twitter and it’s not the most pressing and urgent thing we have to talk about right now. People always are going to like something that someone else doesn’t like.

After all, we must just move on and accept that different person likes different things and celebrate that instead of making teams and putting people against each other isn’t any good. Let’s just see if this feud ends soon or will there be hundreds of diss tracks and an all-out war between Alt TikTok and Straight TikTok.

Doug Williams’s Net Worth, Biography, Career, Awards, Fact and Life Story

Doug Williams net worth: Doug Williams is an American former professional football player and coach who has a net worth of $10 million dollars. Doug Williams was born in Zachary, Louisiana, and went on to attend Grambling State University. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1978, and was such an asset to the team, that they went all the way to the playoffs three times, during his time with them. They had never reached the playoffs before. In 1979, they made it all the way to the NFC Championships. When Doug Williams signed with the team, he was the only African-American NFL starting quarterback. The Buccaneers paid him only $120,000 per year, the lowest salary of any quarterback in the league. There were 12 backup quarterbacks who had higher salaries, in fact. He finally asked for more money, but the Buccaneers owner Hugh Culverhouse refused to bring his pay up to the level of other NFL quarterbacks. Doug Williams left the NFL and went on to play for the United States Football League from 1984 to 1985, appearing with the Oklahoma Outlaws, who later became the Arizona Outlaws. In 1986, he returned to the NFL, signing with the Washington Redskins. He led the Redskins to Super Bowl XXII, and was named Super Bowl MVP. He retired in 1989, and has embarked on a relatively successful coaching career. He was recently let go from his position as Head Coach at Grambling State University.
