Before having an affair with Nina Strong, the Batsman was in a relationship with his former girlfriend, Danni Gisbourne.

However, his partner dumped him in March 2019 after discovering his adultery during England’s tour to Barbados.
The Sun alleged that Danni Gisbourne, 29, accompanied Notts and England opener Hales in the Caribbean just a few days after having a brief liaison. However, Gisbourne subsequently returned home in tears after learning of the treachery from other players’ partners.
