Alex joined the acting industry as an actor in the year 2005, his first movie being, Sinners in the House which was directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and Charles Inojie. At that time he was not popular and was playing minor roles. He rose to fame after being featured in the blockbuster movie, Ladies Men.
