Alessandra Mele is 20 years old as of 2022.
Mele celebrates her birthday every September 5. She was born in 2002 in Pietra Ligure, Italy.
The Norwegian-Italian singer Alessandra Watle Mele popularly known as Alessandra competed in the seventh edition of The Voice – Norges beste stemme, a Norwegian reality singing competition in 2022.
Alessandra began her music career at a tender age. She won the fifth season of the local talent show in the Val Bormida region “VB Factor” at age 12.
Following her high school education, Alessandra moved to Porsgrunn, Norway with her maternal grandparents and later Lillehammer, to study at the Lillehammer Institute of Music Production and Industries (LIMPI).
After being eliminated in the live shows of the seventh season of The Voice – Norges beste stemme in 2022, she was announced as one of twenty-one artists to compete in Melodi Grand Prix 2023, the Norwegian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.
Alessandra won the competition and earned the most points from both the public and the international jury to gain the right to represent Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Alessandra Mele is set to perform in the first semi-final of the Eurovision on May 9, 2023.
