الخويلدي محمد الحميدي (مواليد صرمان، ليبيا 1943-27 يوليو 2015) عسكري ليبي وأحد المقربين من معمر القذافي في حكم ليبيا بعد انقلاب سبتمبر 1969. شغل منصب وزير داخلية بعد الانقلاب في 1969. بعد قيام ثورة 17 فبراير فر إلى تونس ومنها إلى مصر في 27 يوليو 2015 حيث توفي هناك.
ظل ضمن مصطفى الخروبي وأبو بكر يونس الوحيدين من مجلس قيادة الثورة والذين أبقاهم ضمن بطانته حتى سقوط نظامه.

سيرة

تزوج من ابنة عمه سنة 1970 عائشة الحميدي وله 6 بنات و3 أبناء منهم “خالد الخويلدي” والذي يترأس منظمة ليبية تأسست قبل ثورة فبراير تعرف باسم ، و”محمد الخويلدي” ضابط بالجيش الليبي برتبة نقيب.

تخرج الخويلدي الحميدي من الكلية العسكرية في أغسطس 1965 برتبة ضابط ملازم ثان.

والتحق بتنظيم ماسمي “الضباط الوحدويين” بقيادة الضابط معمر القذافي، وهو أحد الأعضاء الذين قاموا بانقلاب سبتمبر 1969 وأصبح فيما بعد عضو من أعضاء مجلس قيادة الثورة الإثنى عشر وهو من بين ثلاثة بقوا مع العقيد القذافي حتى نهاية نظامه عام 2011، وهم أبو بكر يونس، مصطفي الخروبي بعد اختفاء عبد السلام جلود وابتعاده عن الحياة السياسية مطلع التسعينيات.

كلف في بداية حياته العسكرية بالعمل في إحدى الكتائب الملكية المتمركزة بمدينة درنة، ثم نقل إلى مدينة سبها وعين مساعد آمر “كتيبة إدريس الأولى”، والتي نقلت بعد ذلك إلى مدينة ترهونة لتتمركز هناك حتى ليلة الأول من سبتمبر 1969، وهي الليلة التي قام فيها بالسيطرة على مبنى الإذاعة المدنية في طرابلس.
