Adrian Precia was called Ajax by his friends and was considered one of the carefree and cool kids among his peers. Everything was fun and games until one day he got killed by his own friends due to carlessness.
It was in an auditorium when he was along with his friends and one of them suddenly joked about shooting him. The victim was constantly uttering ‘No’ but the next thing was that was lying on the floor with blood coming out of his mouth.
This was said to be an accident but a 17-year -old Tanya Brown who happened to see everything said that it was intentional. However, as per the investigations, it was revealed that there was nothing wrong between the shooters and the victims, in fact, they were quite good friends until the previous day.

Spingarn student who was 16 years old was mercilessly shot to death. Adrian would have turned 58 in the year 2022 but had to give his life in his teenage itself.
All that happened was the repercussion of trying to go against the rules and regulations. As per their statement of the school, it was a small weapon carried by a normal student in his pocket and no amount of security could have saved his life. Even if they did not take accountability for what happened, somewhere the institution had to be responsible.
The neighbors had their say in the incident. Ajax’s death was no shock to them considering the life he lived. He did not fear anything and was mostly roaming around with thugs and dangerous people in town.

Adrian Precia’s shooter was Michael Joseph Pratt and he was charged with homicide. The man was 18 years old and he was arrested and got treated just like any other adult would.
Another 17 year old was charged with possession of a harmful unlicensed weapon.
Despite the attention the case got in the 80s, it slowly got forgotten with time and the suspect’s whereabouts today are nowhere to be found. Likewise, the development of the case also can not be tracked down.
