Aiden Pleterski is under a lot of legal scrutiny due to his recent brushes with the law over his assets.
He allegedly misappropriated $35 million through his company, AP Private Equity Limited, for “cryptocurrency and foreign exchange investments” in late 2021 and early 2022.
At the moment, he has lost a Lamborghini, two McLarens, and two BMWs, although the value of those automobiles was nowhere near that amount.
Aiden Pleterski and his company, AP Private Equity Ltd., ran a foreign exchange investment scheme, according to many complaints collected by Investigation Counsel PC, a Toronto law practice that specializes in fraud recovery, which announced in August.
According to the company, Pleterski had been soliciting money from investors under the pretense that he would increase their funds by trading on a foreign exchange platform known as FX Choice in Belize.
As one might expect considering that the legal office referred to it as a “Ponzi scheme inquiry,” cooperating with the self-described “crypto king” did not benefit investors financially at all.

Things are looking bleak for Aiden Pleterski as his downfall is getting deeper and deeper.
According to a document from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, “Due to Pleterski’s continued non-compliance with his duties and responsibilities, the trustee issued a supplement to the first report outlining Pleterski’s continued bankruptcy offenses and requesting that the original relief, including Pleterski’s arrest, be granted.”
In an attachment, the trustee claims Pleterski is “attempting to conceal records” relating to his possessions and business operations.
According to the current situation, the trustee is still seeking “important banking transaction details from several financial institutions” in addition to other data required to conclude the inquiry.
He continues to rent the Burlington mansion, and the latest court papers indicate that he has asked about buying it outright.
The “crypto king” is still alive and well, but with much less of a digital trace, and, in contrast to the victims of his deception, he appears to have plenty of cash on hand.
