In the case marked Number 77 for the year 2017, it is alleged that on February 7 and 14 Masognge was seen in unknown places in Dar es Salaam using the Heroin (Diacetyl Imophine). The states Lawyer Adolf Nkini said the case was to be mentioned and given a hearing date but the failure of the accused to show up triggered the arrest notice.
