Adriani Mkoba (28. tammikuuta 1926 – 7. lokakuuta 1995) oli tansanialainen roomalaiskatolinen piispa. Hänet vihittiin papiksi 19. maaliskuuta 1953 ja nimitettiin Morogoron hiippakunnan johtoon 15. joulukuuta 1966. Piispaksi vihkiminen seurasi 2. heinäkuuta 1967.
