Adam Levine, the talented lead singer of Maroon 5, has an interesting life that many people look up to. It’s really hard to think of Adam Levine and not immediately have an image of fascinating and amazing tattoos; he certainly has an insatiable appetite for them. Then there is his brother, who is certainly the solid rock on which Adam stands, and the depth of the bond these two brothers have created is a clear manifestation of what friendship in a family can be. And then, of course, his house, which deserves its place in the foreground, because it is a house to be proud of and envied.
Adam Levine Tattoos
These elaborate tattoos on her body will catch anyone’s attention and intrigue many people because there is more to it than meets the eye. Adam has a big appetite for tattoos and they take up a lot of space on his torso. Adam got his first tattoo when he was 21. It’s a dove on his left shoulder. He paid tribute to the heavy losses America suffered on September 11, 2001 as a result of terrorist attacks.
As he continues to travel through life, Adam finds it wise to engrave those moments of his life that have special meaning on his own body in the form of tattoos, although he sometimes gets a tattoo for some seemingly unstable reason. Here’s a look at where the tattoos are on his body and why he got them.
One tattoo he gives no reason to achieve, even though its role in enhancing his appearance is no feat, is a necklace of black pearls around his neck. That’s what he got in Japan. When asked why he got it, he joked that it was there to make sure he never ran out of collar. Really Adam?

He also has a sunflower on his right beak, which he says looks like a yummy cabbage but also serves to complement his abs. To its left is a Sanskrit word, “tapas,” meaning heat, fire, or passion. He tells the whole story of his love for yoga.
There is an eagle perched on his abs. He says he received it as a reminder of how interesting life on this trip has been. A lot of people will find it hard to connect the two, and honestly, I can’t blame them.
Then there’s a real love gypsy hand and the word California on her left abdomen, which is a tribute to her home country that everyone would be proud of. Then there is a mysterious illegible script on his right bicep, and it remains a mystery.
Adam also has a tiger on his right elbow, which he says was inspired by his love, a Tibetan drawing book.
Then, in an effort to gain his mother’s approval of his tattoos, he has a mom’s heart on his right forearm. Adam also has a guitar on his left arm, for his love of the instrument, having been the lead guitarist in Kara Flowers, the band Maroon 5 is from. He has an X on his left bicep, which is the Roman numeral for 10. He got it to mark the 10th anniversary of Maroon 5’s existence.
He has the name Los Angeles engraved on his right shoulders, for his hometown’s sake. He has a cute shark drawn on his right ribs, which is because sharks feature high on his list of fascinating creatures on Earth.
He has the number 222 on his left forearm. This number has sentimental value to him, as it was the door number to Maroon 5’s first recording studio. Adam says the feather tattoos on his arms keep him warm at night.
To top it off, Adam has an elaborate tattoo that fills his entire back. Its center of attraction is a mermaid holding a skull, in an otherwise marine scenario featuring a ship, a ship’s wheel, flowers, puffy clouds of sunshine, and more. The tattoo completely overlapped previous tattoos on her back, which included a drawing of a model (apparently signifying her love for Victoria’s Secret models), a dog paw bearing the name of Frankie Girl, her golden retriever dead. Adam gave fans a first look at the tattoo via a photo posted to his Instagram page. He revealed that it took 6 months. If that’s not the ultimate definition of a tattoo lover, I don’t know what is.
Adam Levine’s Brother – Michael Levine
He is Adam’s younger brother. The two brothers have a very close relationship that explores both family and friendship ties. Michael is openly gay and Adam rallies behind him with his full support. Their love for each other is also evidenced by the number of gigs Adam drags Michael to. Taken together, these two patterns exemplify the kind of friendship siblings should have.
Adam Levine House
Celebrities invariably like to flip houses and Adam is no different. Frontman Maroon 5 once lived in a 1940s Bachelor Pad in Bronson Canyon, Los Angeles, whose interiors were redone by top interior designer and Adam’s friend, Mark Haddaway. Adam sold the house in 2013 for $3.5 million, making a profit of over $300,000. The sale came after he, like Jagger, moved to a larger studio in a gated Beverly Hills enclave known as the Wallingford Estates, which he bought in 2012 for around $5 million.
Ahead of his 2014 wedding to Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo, Adam’s 6-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion was remodeled to include an additional bedroom, guest suite and recording room. Apparently he was preparing for the arrival of Mrs.
After the hitch, they bought their first reunited property, a spacious loft in luxury SoHo New York at 112 Greene Street, for $4.55 million. The 2,700 square foot co-op features 13 foot ceilings and hardwood floors. April 2016, the house is listed with Oxford Property Group at an asking price of $5.5 million, more than $1 million more than they bought it in 2014.

In March 2016, Adam and pregnant Behati were spotted house hunting in Pacific Palisade, California. It looks like the couple need a bigger home to raise their impending baby girl, yes! It’s a girl, the couple revealed. If the bride and groom eventually purchase a new Los Angeles mansion, it won’t be surprising to see them part ways with their Beverly Hills estate, also known as Benedict House, which sits on 3.66 acres of land located in the Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills.
