Abd al-Rahman al-Milad, noto anche come al-Bija (1989), è un militare e criminale libico.

È il comandante della Guardia costiera di Zawiya, nonché a capo di milizie fedeli a Fayez al-Sarraj nella seconda guerra civile libica.
