The time, 1:35 p.m. on Monday, on February 13, 2017, denoted that the German’s older sister, Kelsi German, dropped Abigail Joyce “Abby” Williams, 13, and Liberty Rose Lynn “Libby” German, 14, off on County Road 300 North, east of the Hoosier Heartland Highway.
Then, the girls trekked on Deer Creek Township’s secluded Monon High Bridge, which spans Deer Creek.
The last spot was when Libby tweeted a photo of Abby walking the bridge at 2:07 p.m., and they hadn’t been heard from since.

According to the ISP, the account “Anthony shots” utilized photos of a male model and advertised himself to talk to girls, request nude images, and meet them.
Regarding the investigation, although a man named “Anthony shots” username holder is not a suspect, the investigators are looking for the person who created the “Anthony shots” profile.
Therefore, anyone who corresponded with that account, how it was done, where it was done, and how the person behind it attempted to meet up is of particular interest to police.
Despite authorities publishing a photo, a sketch, and an audio clip of the suspect, no one has been apprehended in the case. According to ISP, Carroll County detectives, two state police detectives, and other officers are still working on the investigation.
