9 Incredible photos of Beyonce’s new £13million-a-month crib

Some celebrities are rich enough to get whatever they want, wherever they may be, but what if their desires are no longer available? Okay, that’s the current situation that super songstress queen ‘Bey’ Beyoncé and her mega-rich husband Jay Z have found themselves in. Style and Desire…in fact, they’ve bargained their way into rent for Sh13million a month (Say what????!!!)…and yes, rich celebs are bargaining too!

Based on TMZ, the gorgeous couple met up with the owner of the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 16,000-square-foot property that handled the rental negotiations directly, allowing them to haggle a $200,000 to $150,000 a month discount because they could agreed to strike a special deal with the owner of the Beverly Hills mansion bought by billionaire Markus Persson, founder of the cult video game Minecraft. They reportedly signed a 12-month agreement for the glamorous Holmby Hills bolthole and negotiated a special offer that saw the owner deduct more than $50,000 a month from the asking price.

The super-couple have longed to leave the Beverly Hills hotel they’ve been staying at in search of a new apartment — so they’ve decided to return to their old digs, where Bey and Jay were last year thanks to the most recent Negotiations paid $200,000/month for the block, resulting in a $50,000 cut.

Although familiar with the crib, Holmby Hills, which they rented on short-term lease last summer, are still looking for a good permanent home to buy in LA. However, the reason for her move to LA is still unclear. Gwyneth Paltrow was instrumental in her decision to move to California from New York City, as the “Iron Man 3” star indicated it would be a better place to start a family. Based on the claim, it’s all for her three-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, and maybe some other kids if they want more.

The report reveals that Beyoncé and Jay Z’s plan to make LA their permanent home was based a lot on the advice of their friends, the most influential of whom prompted their move being Gwyneth Paltrow.

The 42-year-old actress, who returned from LALondon, with his family of two, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8, and his estranged husband, Chris Martin (2013), firmly believes that California offers a better quality of life.

The insider said, “Gwyneth told Jay and Bey about their kids’ quality of life in LA and got Beyoncé and Jay to make the move. It’s all about Blue Ivy. “

The “Pretty Hurts” hitmaker, 33, and the 45-year-old rapper could also send Blue to the same school as Gwyneth’s kids. As previously reported, the duo has already enrolled the three-year-old in an elite private school that costs $15,080 a year. Keep scrolling to peek inside Beyoncé and Jay Z’s rental home and prepare for some serious jealousy attacks.
